The Oakland Athletics and the Chicago White Sox will play this week, with just one game scheduled, and it will happen on Wednesday, April 13^th. This game will start at 2:10 PM and the visitors will be putting Brett Anderson out front on the pitchers mound, while the White Sox will be bringing John Danks. There are some other great games happening this week as well, including one between the Sox and the Los Angeles Angels, but the Giants and the Arizona Diamondbacks will also play three games, starting on Friday, April 15^th.

The Oakland Athletics are second on the American League West standings, but they can be swapped with the Los Angeles Angels who has the same exact stats. Both teams have won five games as well as lost five, and their winning percentage is .500 with 3.5 games to go to get to the top of the board. As for the Chicago White Sox, they are third in the American League Central standings and they got there by winning six games out of the ten that they have played with a winning percentage of .600 and just 2.0 games to take over the lead.
