If you are dissatisfied with our services then under certain circumstances we will issue a refund. Before we issue a refund we will make every effort to fix your problem so that you are happy, and if this cannot be accomplished we may issue a refund if the following criteria are met:
- We have attempted to resolve your issue or fix whatever problem that you were having, and were not successful in solving that particular problem.
- Your account has not been used by two or more people, using IP Address Identification
- You are not requesting a refund because you have attempted to use the website or the services on a Macintosh. We do not offer support for Macintosh and users of this particular type of computer should not sign up, or should use a Personal Computer instead to access and use the services.
- Your account has been renewed at least one time. Once you have gained access to the member's area you have the ability to view the links to the sporting event that you want to watch, and we will not issue a refund to those that sign up, and then request a refund immediately unless there is a issue with connecting to www.watchlivebaseball.com and then only on a case-by-case basis.
We will issue a refund for those users who have accidentally or inadvertently paid twice, or paid more than the membership price.
